Explanation (How to feel calm)

How to feel calm

Introduction
Take a deep breath and think of something happy try feel calm, after feeling a very strong emotion called anger. Anger is an emotion that occurs quite often and it is important to be able to stay calm after you feel angry. Follow these following steps to feel calm.

 How to recognize when you are angry

Do you ever feel like your going to scream or yell and feel like being alone? If you have you have felt angry. You feel angry when something happens you don’t like or something’s to hard and you can’t get it right. Everyone has felt the emotion angry or frustrated before. Often  when you are mad about one big thing you begin to get mad at the slightest things. You know when you feel angry because you want to scream, yell, cry, do or say something hurtful and many other things. We all have different ways of showing the emotion anger. It is important to recognize when you feel angry so you can calm down and forget about what made you feel angry.

What to do when you need to calm down

Sometimes we all need to calm down so we don’t do something you will regret later here’s what you do in times that you need to calm down after being angry. When you are angry go somewhere where you can be alone, take a deep breath and think of something that makes you smile. This is a good time to let out all your anger by crying, punching something soft, yelling, talking to yourself or anyway you express your feelings. Another really good way of calming down is by looking out a window or staring on to the horizon this causes you to forget and it’s like staring into space you forget all your troubles and sometimes whatever you were mad about.

Your happy place

When you need to calm down try thinking of your happy place imagine your there visualize yourself doing something you love in your happy place. Everyone's happy place is different. It can be anywhere in the world a country, state, city, store, room anywhere you love that makes you happy. If your not sure where your happy place is think of where you felt the happiest in your entire life.

How to know when your calm

It’s easy to recognize when your calm you are smiling, laughing, talking quietly and you are breathing slowly. You feel happy and are kind to everyone and only think of nice thoughtful thoughts.

Summary

Feeling calm is an amazing feeling you don’t appreciate until after you have felt angry. Angry is not a nice feeling but calm and happy are. I hope this explanation has helped you feel calm after feeling angry.
